Maplewood Art Walk Artist Information

The 2025 Art Walk will take place on Sunday, October 19 from 11 am to 5 pm.

This is a juried show and awards will be given for Best in Show, Second and Third place artists. Prizes will be announced on the day of the show

Artists are required to have a tented booth. White 10×10 tents are required. We do not supply tents, tables, or other equipment.

Upon acceptance into the show, you will receive detailed information about the logistics of the event, such as set up/breakdown, parking, and location.

SUBMISSIONS

The show is open to fine artists and fine jewelry artists – no crafts, please.

After submitting your application, email images to maplewoodartwalk@gmail.com

  • Submit up to 3 images of work you intend to display at the show

  • Images should be jpeg or JPG, at least 1,200 pixels on the longest side, and no larger than 2MB

  • Please label all images: lastname_firstname_img1.jpg

  • Submissions without corresponding images will not be considered

FEES AND PAYMENT

There is a participation fee for accepted artists. This fee is non-refundable and covers administrative expenses and the promotion of the event. 

After receiving confirmation of acceptance into the show, please pay via PayPal. Click the button or scan the QR code with your phone camera to pay.
