The Maplewood Art Walk and Music Fest

Artist Application

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR 2024

Sunday, October 13, 2024, 11 am to 5 pm

Art Walk and Music Fest is a juried fine art show for painters, photographers, jewelers, and ceramicists. The event takes place on Maplewood Ave, Highland Place, and Baker St.

To participate:

  • Fill out the application below, providing link(s) to current work representative of the work you will display at the event for review by the jurors

  • After you submit, you will be taken to payment. Participation fee: $55 early bird (through JULY 30); $75 after JULY 31
    If you are not accepted, your fee is returned.

  • Artists are required to have a tented booth. White 10×10 tents are required. We do not supply tents, tables, or other equipment. White tents can be rented from a variety of places, such as Party Pleasing Rentals. 

  • Deadline to enter is SEPTEMBER 1 , 2024.

Payment Information:

  • Fees: $55 early bird through May 15; $75 after May 15

  • Payment is due at the time of submission. When you submit, you will be taken to the payment page.

  • Early bird fee rate is applicable only to artists who pay before May 15, regardless of when you submit your registration form.

  • If you are not accepted into the show, your fee will be refunded. 

Payment is collected via PayPal.

All payments, including checks, must be received by August 1 in order to participate.

Cancellation Policy:

Artists: You may withdraw your application prior to the application close date (July 31) and receive a refund. If you are not accepted into the show, you will receive a refund. If you are accepted and decline to participate, cancel, or don’t show up to the event, you will not receive a refund.

Event cancellation: If Maplewood Village Alliance cancels the event more than 30 days out, we will refund all fees to accepted artists. If Maplewood Village Alliance cancels less than 30 days out, 50% of fees will be returned to accepted artists. This event does not have a rain date.
