• Fees: $55 early bird; $75 after July 30th

• Payment is via PayPal

• Early bird fee rate is applicable only to artists who pay before May 15, regardless of when you submit your registration form.

• If you are not accepted into the show, your fee will be refunded.

• If you are accepted and decline to participate or do not show up, you will NOT receive a refund

• If we cancel the event more than 30 days out, you will receive a refund; if we cancel less than 30 days out, you will receive a 50% refund.
