Enjoy the intersection of classical and pops melodies from Johann Sebastian Bach, Ludwig van Beethoven, Sergei Prokofiev, to music by the Beatles.  This concert will be performed by the Garden State Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Music Director Diane Wittry.

Hola Fest

Festival with performances from Mexico, Brazil, Spain and Colombia. There will be food, kids activities and more.

Be transported to the streets of Latin America with the 3rd annual Hola Fest NJ, a fun and safe event for the entire family. Enjoy flamenco, mariachis, samba and salsa dancing while also taking part in crafts for kids. The event will be outdoors and social distancing will be enforced.

Bring your blanket and dancing shoes and get ready to enjoy a day where you will be immersed with Latinx culture. The event is commemorating Hispanic Heritage month, and will celebrate the rich culture of the Latinx community in Maplewood and South Orange, as well as its surrounding towns.

SOMA Cross Cultural Works has partnered with Maplewood Township and SACK Orthodontics to bring a celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month to Maplewood. The festival features poetry and performances from Mexico, Spain, Colombia and Brazil. Bring the whole family to experience Latin culture.
