All payments, including checks, must be received by September 1 in order to participate.
Fees: $55 early bird; $75 after July 30 — If you are not accepted into the show, your fee will be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Artists: If you are not accepted into the show, you will receive a refund. If you are accepted and decline to participate, cancel, or don’t show up to the event, you will not receive a refund.
Event cancellation: If Maplewood Village Alliance cancels the event more than 30 days out, we will refund all fees to accepted artists. If Maplewood Village Alliance cancels less than 30 days out, 50% of fees will be returned to accepted artists. This event does not have a rain date.
